e-enhance is an image optimization tool which runs as a system service. Incoming scanned images are cropped, despeckled, color corrected and then compressed to optimize server space before storage or processing with further Document Management tools. e-enhance can take the optimized image and save it in several file formats, and can also perform image encryption for security purposes.

ImagEze e-index is a sophisticated and amazingly easy-to-use document archiving system. ImagEze e-index utilizes a web based interface for easy deployment to users, Bar Code technology, OCR, Redaction, Retention Rules, and integration with current databases to perform auto indexing. ImagEze e-index is a ready to deploy, enterprise level document management solution.

ImagEze e-file is a Cover Sheet Creation package which has been designed to facilitate easier scanning and indexing through the use of intelligent bar codes. A user can “pre-index” a document, or even a batch of documents, by using the simple interface available on the e-index page, clicking the icon, and entering the index values for a particular document or documents. After the values have been populated for a document, the user prints out the cover page, and places this sheet as the first page of a document before scanning. By scanning as usual, the document is saved and indexed in one step, and is now ready for retrieval in a matter of seconds!

Finding any document is a snap with ImagEze e-retrieve. Simply search for any document or documents that you need by using OCR keywords specifying index values. e-retrieve uses customizable security features and integrates with Active Directory User security to permit or restrict the access of documents. Employees can only locate documents stored in permitted profiles, and can view only the specific documents that they are allowed to see. Once the documents are located, the user has the option to print, e-mail, export, or even burn them to a CD or DVD, based on their security settings.
